Prices and Taxes All room rates are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are subject to applicable local taxes and service charges, unless otherwise stated. Rates may vary depending on season, promotions, or availability. Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out Full payment is required upon check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing. Guests may be required to provide a valid government-issued ID and a refundable security deposit to cover incidental charges, damages, or lost keys. Outstanding balances, if any, must be settled upon check-out. Traveling with Minors Guests traveling with minors are responsible for their supervision at all times. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to unaccompanied minors. Accessibility or Special Needs Guests with accessibility requirements or special needs are encouraged to inform the hotel in advance to allow reasonable arrangements. While the hotel will make every effort to accommodate such needs, availability of certain facilities may be limited. Parking Parking may be available for guests and is subject to availability. The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked on hotel premises. Hotel Events The hotel may host private or public events that could result in limited access to certain facilities or increased noise levels. Guests will be informed in advance whenever possible, and the hotel shall not be held liable for such inconveniences.

Cancellation and No-show Policy

• No Charge – If canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival.
• Partial Charge (50% of Deposit) – If canceled within 14 days prior to arrival.
• Full Charge (Full Stay) – If canceled on the day of arrival or in case of no-show.



Dispute Resolution/Issues In the event of any concerns or disputes during the stay, guests are encouraged to contact the front desk immediately for resolution. Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the proper courts of Tagaytay City. Use of Personal Information Personal data collected from guests is used solely for reservation, billing, and communication purposes, and may be shared with third-party providers only as necessary to fulfill these services. The hotel complies with applicable data privacy regulations. Liability The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of guests. Safety deposit facilities may be available at the front desk. Guests are responsible for their conduct and any damages caused to hotel property. Force Majeure The hotel shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or unforeseen events. Third Party Rights These Terms and Conditions are intended solely for the benefit of the guest and the hotel, and do not confer any rights to third parties. Waiver Failure of the hotel to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of its rights. Severance If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
